Critique Group meets on Monday, November 27th, from 6:00—9:00 pm

Critique Groups are a fantastic way to give you a sense of direction in your photographic work. This group is open to photographers of all levels of experience. Critique group is ideal for photographers interested in getting feedback on their work for the first time as well as seasoned photographers looking for audience reaction on a specific body of work or issue.
November critique group will be lead by Chelsea Shannon. Shannon is a museum educator, writer, and art historian based in Houston, TX. She holds a BA from The University of Texas at Austin in Art History and an MA in Art History from the University of Houston with a thesis on contemporary landscape photography. She currently serves as the Gallery Interpretation Specialist at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and has previously held positions in the curatorial departments of The Menil Collection and Blaffer Art Museum. Chelsea is also co-director and curator of Æther Space, a community gallery space in Houston, TX.

Each student has 15 minutes to present
Presenting is on a first come, first served basis
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class if you are interested in presenting
HCP Members are welcome to attend and participate without presenting
Digital and Physical prints welcome
Please bring digital prints on a flash drive and arrive before class to make sure the images load.
Early registration (August 16th–22nd) is for HCP members only.
Registration for the general public begins Wednesday, August 23rd.
