Class meets two Tuesdays: November 18th & December 2nd from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 22nd from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Capture the fall foliage in Landscape Photography! In this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks that will enable you to capture your very best Landscape images. We’ll discuss nature and landscape photography, using examples from both historic and contemporary photographers., as well as field equipment. You will also go on a field expedition-- Brazos Bend State Park State Park-- for an on-location shoot. Photos will then be evaluated in a friendly group critique.

Day 1: Lecture and prep for field trip at HCP
Day 2: Field Trip at Brazos Bend State Park
Day 3: Follow-up critique at HCP

What students should bring to class:
Camera manual
Tripod (recommended)
Final work presented in print or digital (jpegs on CD or USB drive) format on last day

Suggested Pre-requisites:
Knowledge of shutter speed, aperture, film speed and light metering

Early registration (August 6th-12th) is for HCP members only.
